Fox Lake Propeller's service department consists of a very precise and detailed staff. Every repair is treated with care. We are equipped with a large variety of different pitch blocks, which enables us to repair all types of propellers, even ACME props. Fox Lake Propeller is a "complete" repair shop, from the beginning stages of dolling and welding to the finishing stages of cupping, balancing and polishing or painting. Sandblasting is done to each aluminum propeller to ensure the new primer and paint will adhere. Depending on the customer's wishes, stainless steel propellers receive a mirror or satin finish. We are also able to replace damaged or spunned hubs. Pontoon boats that are in need of welding repair can also receive the same quality work.

Lower unit skeg repairs are handled with the same quality of work. Depending on the damage, the majority of our skeg repairs are replaced with a new skeg piece. Once the new piece is welded into place, it is sanded to a smooth surface and is ready for paint. Our service department uses a high quality marine paint on all our lower unit skeg repairs. Depending on the damage, we are able to repair some lower unit skegs on the boat. This is a same day service. Call for more details.
